How to Magnify a Selection in Excel?

Sometimes an excel sheet may contain a large amount of data but you may be using only a small range of cells. You may want to display this range of cells as large as possible.

Follow the following steps to do magnify a selection of cells in excel.

  1. Select the desired cells.
  2. Select View -> Zoom. This will bring up the zoom dialog box.
  3. Click Fit Selection and then click OK.

You will now see your selected cells zoomed to cover the entire screen.
